Requirements

  • 1-5 Years of scheduling experience preferred.
  • Actively seeks perspectives from others, Communicates clearly and articulately when speaking in an individual or group environment.
  • Organizes thoughts with ability to present information in a clear and precise manner to help in decision making process.
  • Recognizes problems and seeks input from others to systematically gather information.
  • Addresses root cause of issues and sorts through complex issues to make timely decisions.
  • Drives root causes of issues to help improve process or support decisions.
  • Makes routine decisions.
  • Acts as a team member and team leader to support Supply Chain goals and objectives.
  • Aides in training junior Supply Chain Schedulers.
  • Serves as an active member on project teams, making suggestions to team goals.
  • Participation in Regional cross-functional projects to represent Supply Chain Scheduling
  • BS or BA

Nice To Haves

  • CPIM or equivalent certification desired

Responsibilities

  • Complete understanding of scheduling process.
  • Basic understanding of Demand and Supply processes and principles.
  • Support scenario planning with Supply Planning.
  • Identify Supply and Demand imbalances.
  • Escalates to S&OP group if the assigned plan cannot be executed.
  • Order raw materials.
  • Improves production scheduling based on input from manufacturing, quality, engineering and/or others.
  • Complete understanding of SAP & BI, MRP Planning strategies, Functional Supply Chain knowledge and constrained demand/allocation process.
  • Knows key Customers.
  • Familiar with Supply Chain KPI's.
  • Coordinate and execute stock replenishment transactions.
  • Create and manage production schedule based on input from Supply Planning.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Supports the ISO and Dome programs.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Basic understanding of SAP R/3 or other Scheduling and Inventory Tools.
  • And other duties as assigned to safely perform
