In the role of Program Manager you'll play a pivotal part on our Supply Chain team. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget while effectively coordinating cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills along with purchasing and supply chain expertise to drive successful outcomes. This position contributes to our vision by: Lead and manage supply chain projects, including work transfer, dual sourcing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals. Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, operations, quality, and engineering. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption to supply chain operations. Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and provide regular status updates to leadership. Engage with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of sourcing and supply chain transitions. Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility, qualification processes, and manufacturing readiness of alternative suppliers. Ensure dual sourcing strategies align with technical specifications, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance. Manage the engineering change process and coordinate with engineering, program management, production and supplier quality teams to implement dual sourcing strategies successfully. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.
