Requirements
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Experience managing projects
- Change Management experience
- Strong Project management skills
- Ability to work in a matrix team environment
- Advance Google Suite experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain
- Five+ years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Business Transformation required.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes preferred
- PMP certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead project management initiatives through collaboration with cross functional teams, including data scientists, supply chain professionals, business analysts, finance partners and engineers
- Develop and manage project schedules including the formalization of a realistic timeline, complete with milestones, targets and identification of responsible parties
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, roles and responsibilities and timing for programs
- Create and implement a change management plan for the organization
- Manage, and escalate as needed, risks and issues throughout the project
- Manage multiple projects at any given time
- Facilitate team meetings weekly and quarterly
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle
- Present project status as required to different organization levels
