Position Summary The Supply Chain Planning Intern will support production and global supply planning activities by analyzing demand, supply, inventory, and capacity data. This role provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing planning, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced medical device environment. Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
College Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas required; Power BI a plus)
Ability to work with large data sets and identify trends or issues
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

Exposure to ERP or planning systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
Coursework in supply chain planning, operations, or data analytics
Interest in manufacturing, operations, or global supply chains

Responsibilities

Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and capacity data to help ensure material availability and on-time production
Assist in maintaining production schedules
Monitor work order and material status to identify potential shortages or constraints
Support planning adjustments based on supply or capacity changes
Prepare and maintain planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Use Excel to analyze trends, identify risks, and support decision-making
Assist with data validation and reporting accuracy
Contribute to performance tracking across supply chain and operations
Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality Control (QC) and Logistics teams
Support issue resolution and planning execution
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
