Job Summary: We are seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst / Supply Chain Improvement Specialist who is passionate about identifying opportunities, solving complex problems, and delivering measurable business impact. In this role, you will analyze end-to-end supply chain performance, uncover improvement opportunities, and evaluate return on investment (ROI) while partnering closely with cross-functional and external stakeholders to drive sustainable results. What skills you will have: Apply Right Part Right Time (RPRT) and velocity-based methodologies to identify and resolve supply chain defects impacting flow, service, and cost. Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover critical supply chain gaps, lead root cause investigations, and implement permanent corrective actions. Lead and support projects focused on integrated supply chain solutions, performance optimization, and continuous improvement. Build strong internal and external partnerships to identify opportunities, share best practices, and improve supply chain outcomes. Establish and govern effective linkages with business partners, suppliers, and internal functions to ensure alignment and execution. Research and recommend industry benchmarks, metrics, and best practices to support optimized supply chains across suppliers and product portfolios. Provide Assurance of Supply (AOS) support across the Integrated Components Division to ensure continuity, resiliency, and customer satisfaction. Education requirement: Candidates should possess a Bachelors degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Engineering, or demonstrate equivalent knowledge through professional expertise. What skills you will have: Supply Chain Management: End-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience, including post-factory shipment execution. Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver supply chain improvements. Supply chain risk identification, mitigation, and continuity planning. Inventory management and optimization across dealers, distribution centers (PDCs), and manufacturing. Experience with inventory visibility, demand signals, order management, and dealer sales analysis. Supply chain conformance management using targets, KPIs, and service-level metrics (OTIF, fill rate, cycle time). Participation in supply chain network design or redesign initiatives. Process integration with suppliers and business partners. Cross-Team Integration: Lead cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, product, logistics, and dealer networks to align objectives and execution. Drive end-to-end supply chain integration by connecting upstream suppliers with downstream distribution and dealer operations. Partner with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure process alignment, data consistency, and execution readiness. Establish and govern operating rhythms, communication cadences, and escalation paths across teams. Enable seamless process integration through shared KPIs, conformance targets, and performance reviews. Translate functional requirements into integrated solutions that support velocity, assurance of supply, and service-level performance. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Apply data-driven decision making to evaluate supply chain trade-offs, risks, and ROI. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, constraints, and root causes impacting supply chain performance. Utilize critical thinking and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA) to develop corrective actions. Quantify and communicate benefits, risks, and financial impact of alternative supply chain strategies. Make informed recommendations based on business priorities, operational constraints, and customer impact. Exercise sound judgment when balancing short-term tactical needs with long-term strategic objectives. Project Management: Lead and support supply chain improvement projects from initiation through implementation and sustainment. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics. Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals. Track project milestones, risks, and issues; implement mitigation and corrective actions as needed. Communicate project status, outcomes, and risks to leadership and stakeholders. Apply change management principles to ensure adoption of new processes and solutions.
