Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We are searching for the best talent for Supply Chain PLAN Intern Purpose: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain PLAN Intern to assist with various improvement projects within Demand Planning, Production Planning and Global Supply Planning as part in our Supply Chain Planning Organization. This internship will provide hands-on experience in process mapping, technology integration and data visualization as we strive to enhance our supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization/ AI tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about supply chain operations and processes.
  • Ineligibility for severance.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Process Mapping and Improvement: Assist with improving supply chain processes in collaboration with various teams, focusing on simplification and standardization.
  • Technology Integration: Support the exploration/implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance data collaboration and visualization within the Plan area.
  • Document Best Practices: Map and document best practices through visual aids and flow charts, illustrating supply chain planning processes supporting new user training
  • Additional Projects: Participate in other supply chain-related projects and initiatives as assigned, providing support wherever needed.
