About The Position

This position is responsible for leading execution of BWW specific initiatives through collaboration and communication with Buffalo Wild Wings and Inspire Supply teams. This position is responsible for managing the food and packaging supply planning and execution for BWW with a heavy focus on promotional and marketing initiatives. This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, with recent responsibilities in an external-facing / franchisee-facing role
  • Experience in managing programs, using analysis of data, trends, and logic to guide decision making
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong logic and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel

  • Restaurant / Food Service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Represent the interests of BWW across cross functional teams
  • Build relationships with Inspire shared services and BWW specific departments
  • Ensure inventory of all items is adequate to meet the demand of the BWW brand
  • Incite a sense of urgency for issue resolution and proactive and transparent communication
  • Execute BWW initiatives
  • Participate in Sales and Operations Planning activities for BWW specific initiatives
  • Creates, executes, and manages supply plans through coordination with brand teams, suppliers, distributors, QA, procurement, and distribution teams
  • Lead communication of BWW Initiative execution plans to the field including but not limited to timing, force shipments and strategic re-order
  • Direct and Indirect inventory management of new items, ensuring adequate inventory while reducing obsolescence
  • Continuous improvement of tracking and reporting methods to ensure inventory is in the right place at the right time
  • Identify and resolve issues where supply plan is compromised and/or action plans are not being followed
  • Interact with Key BWW Leadership and BWW Franchisees to ensure transparency, efficient program execution and issue resolution
  • Participate in BWW Franchise Advisory Council meetings pertaining to supply
  • Build relationships with key franchisees and field team members to proactively identify and resolve concerns / problems
  • Communicate potential inventory issues proactively to leadership and franchisees/operators
  • Other duties as assigned by management
