About The Position

As a Supply Chain Operations Assistant (Intern) at Inspire Brands, you will gain hands-on experience in ensuring quality and compliance within our supply chain operations. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals, learn essential supply chain practices, and contribute to the success of some of the world’s most iconic restaurant brands, Dunkin’® and Baskin-Robbins®. This role provides exposure to a fast-paced operational environment of the quick service restaurant industry and is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related fields. This internship requires a strong on-site presence (approximately 80% of the week) to support cross-functional teams, and real-time problem-solving. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's program in Supply Chain Management or Business Operations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Office/365 tools
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts such as inventory control, logistics, and process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Support the collection, validation, and analysis of operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
  • Help maintain accurate documentation
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for special projects assigned by Supply Chain leadership
  • Engage in key project team meetings as needed
