About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and build a strong foundation in Supply Chain within Johnson & Johnson. As a Supply Chain Intern, you will contribute to areas such as: Value Stream Management, Process Capabilities, New Product Introduction/Lifecycle Management, Project Management or Planning where you will gain hands-on experience of the organization’s key practices, policies and programs. This role offers valuable industry skills and professional development, including the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals to contribute to the organization’s success. Job Description Support supply chain optimization for new and existing products through end-to-end ownership in a cross-functional setting. Assist in cross-functional team meetings and generate meeting minutes. Collaborate with internal and external teams to determine root cause, develop mitigations and corrective and preventative actions for supply chain related issues. Evaluate products and processes to identify improvements for quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. Exercise judgment, with guidance, within generally defined practices and policies to select methods and techniques for problem solving. Ensure project deliverables meet applicable standards, regulations, and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related Field
  • Eagerness and willingness to develop new skills and learn new processes
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively and provide insights
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office Applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Support project management activities by tracking progress and ensuring timely execution.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing supply chain data to support informed decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and updating supply chain documentation.
  • Support Johnson & Johnson Credo activities by engaging in local community events and charities, fostering a credo-based culture.
