We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support and optimize key fulfillment operations. This role is critical in driving data-informed decision-making and continuous process improvement across quality, inventory, and fulfillment workflows. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis to identify trends, implement solutions, and enhance operational performance in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role and will be based in Lehi, UT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or Information Systems, Computer ScienceExperience with SQL, Python, and AI tools
  • Willingness to take initiative and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and relevant KPIs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and databases.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support and motivate staff in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • 0-2 years experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly reporting on warehouse defects and provide recommendations to improve quality initiatives.
  • Design and manage a streamlined process for generating, tracking, and delivering quality feedback.
  • Develop and report on KPIs that provide insight into inventory reconciliation and inventory count defects.
  • Analytics support for quality and fulfillment initiatives, including designing automated workflows, identifying data pipelines and creating research tools for the operations organization.
  • Assist with SKU level data analytics and provide recommendations to the team on catalog expansion.
  • Partnering with other internal departments to drive increased SKU count, volume, and sales generated by fulfillment activities in a scalable way.
