As our Supply Chain Materials Operations Analyst, you will champion inventory integrity, synchronize material flow, and help us deliver with confidence. The Challenge How do you maintain perfect visibility into stock while keeping deliveries on schedule? You’ll blend analytics, coordination, and hands-on organization to make it happen. Core Responsibilities End-to-end materials control : Receive, store, and issue materials with rigorous documentation. Quality + ERP execution : Verify materials for compliance and record transactions in our ERP accurately. Proactive planning : Monitor inventory health, determine reorder thresholds, and align deliveries to demand. Cross-functional orchestration : Track shipments, partner with Purchasing to expedite as needed, and support regional material strategies with a service-first approach. Supplier intelligence : Provide data that informs vendor performance evaluations. Reporting and visibility : Create clear reports on inventory positions and delivery status for key stakeholders. World-class organization : Keep storage areas orderly and well-labeled in line with 5S; uphold safety and quality standards. On-the-move support : Transfer materials between departments using manual methods or appropriate material handling equipment. Adapt and assist : Take on additional assignments from management as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in inventory management, purchasing, or materials handling.
  • High proficiency in Excel with strong accuracy and analytical ability.
  • Excellent communicator with keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of 5S and cycle counting.
  • ERP experience or a fast learner eager to master it.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Exposure to planning, procurement, and logistics.
  • Forklift certification (plus).
