Key Responsibilities: Oversight, management and quality assurance of Corrigo PMRW schedules and Corrigo Work Orders. Partner with sourcing team to review facility manager requests for changes to PMRW schedules. Conduct monthly reviews of PMRW schedules. Track and coordinate changes, manage schedule expirations, and update sourcing request trackers accordingly. Provide finance team with monthly accrual commentary on causality and path to resolution for aging work orders. Support annual budgeting process by providing data on demand from the PMRW module. Support supplier business reviews by providing actionable insights of key supply chain performance metrics and operation improvements. Support resolution of internal and external contract rate inquiries and work order authorization limits. Conduct daily reviews of work orders, prepare and distribute files to vendors outlining the actions required to resolve and manage identified action items. Prepare and manage tracking records to validate ongoing vendor performance with respect to work order and invoicing performance. Provide training to vendors on Corrigo with respect to key vendor facing functions in Corrigo to assist them in optimizing their performance in the system. Develop and share quick reference guides by collaborating with Corrigo specialists. Lead recurring meetings with identified vendors to review Corrigo performance, reinforce or coordinate escalations with the vendor management team to identify paths for improved vendor performance. Identify and develop process improvements to increase vendor accuracy and speed of work order administration within Corrigo. Manage electronic reporting tools to share outputs of vendor Corrigo performance. Perform other duties as assigned. Sound like you? Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as data analysis tools such as Power BI or other platforms. Experience with Corrigo is strongly preferred. Effective communicator and presentation skills, written and verbal, for diverse stakeholder groups. Must be able to work within a fast-paced environment, working with a sense of urgency and quickly responding to stakeholders. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 65,900.00 – 88,100.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Requirements
