The Master Data Analyst will support establishing and maintaining regional master data governance frameworks for product and customer data across the U.S. supply chain. The role ensures data integrity, compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and alignment with global governance frameworks by defining policies, standard operating procedures, and processing documentation. Acting as a functional expert in lifecycle management and finished goods specification, the position drives continuous improvement initiatives, resolves complex data issues, and leads cross-functional projects to enhance data quality and system integrations. Additionally, the role fosters organizational adoption of governance practices through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or other Business Disciplines is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and data governance frameworks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access), advanced and above skill level in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, organized and project-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, document and maintain master data management standards for both product & customer data, enforce data governance procedures and guarantee data integrity across systems.
  • Ownership and responsibility for total data quality inclusive of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Capture, analyze and provide insights into weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Drive functional leaders, IT experts and process teams to analyze systems for errors, troubleshoot integration issues and eliminate data entries.
  • Make end-to-end process recommendations or improvements.
  • Communicate effectively as required to provide a clear understanding of master data status, risks and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate regional initiatives related to Product Master Data, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
  • Track and report on item setup progress.
  • Identify priority items, raise potential risks and work with internal and cross functional teams to expedite completion.
