About The Position

Corin is recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join our Raynham, Massachusetts team on a Full Time basis. The Warehouse Manager will lead, manage, and evaluate the US Distribution team while ensuring the effective process management of all implants, instruments, and robotics manufactured and distributed by Corin USA. This includes the training and daily management of activities of the Distribution Team, including the functions of Receiving, Warehousing, Cycle Counting, Shipping, and Logistics. All aspects of the role must be compliant with company policy and procedures and the requirements of ISO9001.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field of discipline and 5+ years of previous warehouse managerial experience OR 10+ years of previous Warehouse managerial / team leading experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experienced in ERP systems management and other supply chain management applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize actions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to plan, direct and maintain long and short-term goals.
  • Analytical, data focused mind set coupled with process improvement implementation
  • Logical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, calmly and professionally.

Nice To Haves

  • APICS / ISM / SCPro certification preferred.
  • Medical Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, Store, Count, & Distribute the supply of implants, instruments, and robotics; finished goods and components
  • Establish and maintain process training documents for all Distribution department functions.
  • Develop an effective cross training program to ensure task coverage at all times.
  • Optimize warehouse space and material flow.
  • Continue to improve order fulfilment times and accuracy.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Manage the relationship of carrier services on behalf of the Corin U.S.
  • Support the service plan of spare parts for Robotics and Instruments.
  • Support Global SIOP on inventory strategies to optimize cashflow and reduce reoccurring customer backorders.
  • Participate in the NCMR process, overseeing the supplier returns process or the material movements required of the disposition.
  • Recommend and implement Continuous Improvement projects for the department.
  • Instill a service-first culture within the department and the larger operation.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Supply Chain procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory agency requirements.
  • Manage root cause investigations and corrective action for the department.
  • Implement effective KPIs to monitor the health of the Supply Chain department, identifying leading and lagging indicators of control to proactively influence the supply health of the business.
