The Supply Chain Manager for Labor Planning is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end labor planning solutions across sites and the broader network. This role operates at the intersection of tactical execution and long-term strategic planning, requiring the ability to function independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive decisions that affect multi-site operations and organizational outcomes. In this role, the manager owns both weekly operational labor planning cycles and longer-horizon analyses that integrate forecasting, transportation, capacity, and finance workstreams. The SCM is expected to set goals, harmonize cross-functional perspectives, and develop scalable, automated solutions that improve labor planning accuracy and cost efficiency across the network.
