Requirements

Actively enrolled with an accredited college, majoring in Retail Management or Supply Chain Management
Ability to work in a team environment located in a warehouse setting.
Willingness to stand on your feet for 8 hours.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
An individual who portrays a positive, self-driven attitude
Takes direction well.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to successfully pass a drug test, physical, and background check

Responsibilities

Complete efficiency studies
Evaluate existing space utilization.
Develop recommendations for the physical reorganization of items.
Develop recommendations for effective product storage and inventory management.
Develop recommendations for improving processes and capacity.
Review and provide insight into business processes that will improve productivity.
Shadow and learn the roles and responsibilities of the warehouse.
Special projects will be assigned.
Create a presentation for Iowa 80’s leadership team.
