About The Position

Supply Chain Management Analyst (Experienced or Mid-Level) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking an Experienced or Mid-Level Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to join our 787 Flightline team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 3rd Shift. You will incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions as well as apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain. Position Responsibilities: Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain Coordinates with contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan Coordinates part number attributes Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system Releases and maintains orders Documents and resolves order delinquencies Reports schedule adherence issues Applies developed solutions to inventory plans Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories Creates schedules for products and services Coordinates and supports process improvements Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management 1+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment 1+ years of experience with an industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP 1+ years of experience working in a position where priorities changed frequently and customer service was critical to the team’s success 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry 3+ years of experience with ERPLN or similar MRP system Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Requirements

1+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management
