About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2) to join our Supply Chain team located in San Antonio, Texas on 1st shift. Position Responsibilities: Collaborates with supplier management support, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, and customers to support 787 Program Operations Releases and maintains orders; documents and resolves order delinquencies; reports schedule adherence issues Applies developed solutions to inventory plans Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability Ensures on-time delivery; optimizes inventory levels; creates schedules for products and services Coordinates & supports process improvements Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a position where priorities changed frequently & customer service was critical to the team’s success
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain and/or materials management
  • 1+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data & presenting analysis / recommendations to management

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with ERPLN, Velocity, Order Manager and REDARS systems
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace related manufacturing operations or production support
  • Effective problem solving and time management skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, with ability to prioritize critical tasks

Responsibilities
