Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and an eagerness to learn new processes and technology
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain, Operations or a related field
Ability to work part time (15-20 hours) during the school year and full time (40 hours) during the summer.

Previous Supply Chain experience
SQL experience and an ability to work with databases

Responsibilities

Analyze reporting and trends to identify opportunities to enhance supplier performance and quality.
Support the development and management of supplier relationships, including participation in negotiations.
Oversee supplier onboarding by managing system setup, contract documentation, and ensuring a seamless transition into the Direct Supply portfolio.
Identify and implement process improvement strategies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute as a resource on project teams and programs to support business initiatives and objectives.
Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to generate reports and analyze key supply chain metrics and costs.
Develop expertise in supply chain best practices and tools, such as forecasting, importing, distribution, cost modeling, logistics, value stream mapping, and total cost of ownership.
