This internship takes place at our Stevens Point, WI location, during a 10-12-week period.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related major.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Applicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.). Donaldson will not offer immigration sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
  • International relocation or remote work arrangements outside of the U.S. will not be considered.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the integrity of master datasets (Customer, Product, Contract, Asset, Vendor, User, Contacts, Addresses/Locations).
  • Perform data cleansing to address inconsistencies and errors.
  • Identify and rectify inconsistencies across systems.
  • Analyze sources of data errors and recommend corrective actions.
  • Facilitate the creation and documentation of business rules for data management and communicate these rules effectively to prevent future errors.
  • Collaborate with end users to ensure compliance with data quality standards.
  • Document and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.
