About The Position

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and process improvement within Korry's Supply Chain organization. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will partner closely with Procurement, Materials, and Shipping teams to streamline data accuracy, optimize workflows, and enhance system utilization. In this role, you will be instrumental in completing the transition to Supply Planning Software, cleaning up item master attributes, and documenting procurement best practices. Your contributions will directly support improved cycle times, reduced waste, and greater efficiency across the supply chain. This position offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aerospace supply chain management while driving meaningful improvements that impact customer delivery and business performance.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools; familiarity with LeanDNA is a plus.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework or certification in Lean principles or data analytics preferred.
  • Prior internship or project experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations is a plus.
  • Exposure to ERP systems, data management, or process improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full transition to Supply Planning Software, ensuring data integrity, system adoption, and user readiness across the supply chain team.
  • Clean up and validate item master attributes in ERP systems to improve accuracy, visibility, and decision-making.
  • Optimize procurement workflows by analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and documenting best practices to reduce cycle times through automation and standardization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance supply chain agility and responsiveness.
  • Assist with reporting and metrics development to track progress against productivity and efficiency goals.
  • Perform special projects/tasks as assigned.
