Requirements

• Microsoft Office
• Organized, communicative, and detailed
• Comfortable holding conversations
• Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
• Currently enrolled in a university or college and pursuing a degree or designation in Supply Chain or a similar field like Engineering or Business

• By May 4, 2026, applicants must have completed at least their first year of study in a post-secondary program/Technical Institute (see job posting).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day parts management and process control of inventory and warehouse operations
• Responsible for a clean and safe workspace
• Perform analysis on dead inventory and recommend slow-moving items for disposition
• Identify inventory addition candidates
• Contact vendors, resolve invoice disputes, collect and organize Info Record pricing
• Assist with training documents, est practices, and standards reference materials
• Review, catalogue, and birth inventory from existing parts not held as inventory
• Review Operations requests and create demand cycle and purchase strategies for inventory
• Follow and support all Precision Drilling policies and procedures
• Assisting in identifying workplace hazards
• Maintaining a clean driving record
• Working overtime hours when required, including on-call rotation
• Various other duties as required
