GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This position requires diligent work with our major clients to build and engage in positive relationships during projects. This position will assess the clients’ needs, identify customer requirements, and develop cohesive projects that improve the operations of the client’s business through more efficient procedures and system solutions. This job involves analyzing business data to assess situations, assigning tasks to team members, and problem-solving when issues arise. Engagement Managers are strong communicators who are comfortable working with different teams at various levels of the business and have excellent organizational skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review existing technology, systems, infrastructure, and data integrity and work with client personnel to ensure these areas are ready to support deployment of Hyphen Solutions’ Supply Chain applications and help resolve any issues that arise in these areas Utilize application expertise, SQL and API knowledge to assist clients during implementation Utilize SQL and AWS knowledge to research and troubleshooting issues with the applications Write SQL statements to research, generate report, data analysis and correct data issues Utilize MS Office to manage client data using Excel templates, documentation, presentation, etc. Set up and configure Hyphen Solutions’ applications to meet the business needs of the client Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing with the client to verify new business processes, system configuration, and integration are working as expected Assist with identifying, tracking, and resolving issues that arise during the implementation process Develop and maintain quality relationships and communication with project team members and clients throughout the implementation process Document issues and resolutions and record all activity and communications regarding issues. Follow up with Clients to keep them informed of the status of resolved and unresolved issues. Serve as the customer-facing point of contact for clients during the implementation and support phases of the engagement Assist with additional duties within field of study as needed and assigned by management.
