Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2-year customer service experience in a corporate environment
  • Verbal & written bilingual communication (Spanish), Preferred
  • Must possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven history of being reliable and a team player
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to work overtime periodically

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of import and export processes and regulations
  • Familiar with logistics and factory/warehouse operations
  • B2B interactions in Latin American territories

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with cancellations, shipping discrepancies, order updates, return authorizations, purchase orders, and pricing.
  • Create commercial export invoices and packing lists.
  • Qualify and process qualifying documentation for credits and billing transactions.
  • Support customer inquiries regarding products and parts via email and phone.
  • Assist Supply Chain Specialists with special projects.
  • Capture and review supporting documentation for special priced orders.
  • Assist customers placing orders through the company website.
  • Understanding and compliance to Company policy, procedures, rules, and guidelines.
  • Routinely follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
