About The Position
Position Overview: This role is responsible for the hands-on execution and support of daily supply chain operations while also ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of supply chain data across enterprise systems. The position performs and oversees transactional activities, documentation, and reporting that support procurement, inventory, and logistics schedules.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations analytics, or supply chain systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience owning or leading ERP-based supply chain processes (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
- Proven track record of building executive level reporting and operational dashboards.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve supply chain–related systems (ERP, inventory management, procurement platforms, reporting tools).
- Act as the functional lead for supply chain data models, workflows, and integrations across systems.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to design scalable, auditable, and resilient supply chain processes.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support executive, operational, and cross-functional decision-making.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, cost drivers, and optimization opportunities across procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards, including master data integrity, auditability, and change control.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for internal stakeholders and strategic vendors regarding supply chain data, systems, and performance metrics.
- Translate operational needs into system requirements and actionable analytics.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align procurement, production, and logistics execution.
- Maintains logs and records of required documentation for the supply chain department.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
