About The Position

The Supply Chain Coordinator owns the end-to-end execution and coordination of sales orders, inventory verification, and ERP transactions in support of customer fulfillment and supply chain operations. This role serves as a primary liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, and external partners, ensuring order accuracy, inventory alignment, and timely problem resolution.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations
• Strong ERP experience required; NetSuite experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and prioritize competing demands
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a focus on Excel

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end ownership of sales orders, including validation at entry and/or approval of EDI transmissions, and cross-functional follow-up to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Own inventory verification activities to support order fulfillment, production planning, and inventory integrity
• Manage customer onboarding documentation, new item forms, and customer portal setups
• Coordinate the entry, maintenance, and review of work orders to support production and inventory flow
• Perform sales order invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing and support cash flow
• Maintain and update demand planning tools in collaboration with the Demand Planning Manager
• Serve as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries and customer service communications
• Lead sales order issue resolution by coordinating across internal teams and external partners
• Perform ongoing maintenance related to customers, items, and transactional data in ERP, customer portals and external platforms
• Gather, validate, and maintain data to support supply chain metrics and management reporting
• Prepare and distribute order reports for broker partners
• Create and manage weekly transfer orders to support inventory movement between locations
• Coordinate Repositrak compliance documentation and ongoing customer requirements
• Monitor finished goods short-dated inventory and coordinate movement, allocation, or disposition
• Review finished goods inventory and work orders to ensure accuracy and alignment across systems
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements related to order management and inventory flow
