We're looking for new team members with positive attitudes and an eagerness to learn who are as excited about good food & GOOD VIBES. We're hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator in DC! The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical support role in keeping our supply chain accurate, responsive, and running smoothly day to day. This role partners closely with the Supply Chain Director, shop teams, and vendors to ensure item data, pricing, and ordering systems are clean, current, and communicated clearly. Requirements

  • Experience in food, grocery, or retail supply chain environments
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple updates and changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory or ordering systems
  • Understanding of vendor contracts and compliance monitoring
  • Strong problem-solving skills and reliable follow-through
  • Comfortable communicating with both shop teams and leadership
  • A growth mindset and desire to constantly learn and improve
  • A natural inclination to treat others with kindness, respect, and patience
  • The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
  • Analytical skills to identify trends, make operational decisions, and solve problems

  • Experience with R365 preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with item setup, maintenance, and changes, including new items, discontinued items, and substitutions
  • Maintain accurate pricing across all shops and systems, including updating cost changes
  • Clearly communicate item and pricing changes to the Supply Chain Director
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between shops, vendors, and the Supply Chain team
  • Monitor vendor pricing, availability, and lead times in collaboration with the Supply Chain Director
  • Resolve shop-level issues related to ordering, pricing, and item availability
  • Assist with promotions, limited-time offers (LTOs), and menu changes
  • Ensure item data is accurate, organized, and up to date across all systems
  • Assist with basic reporting on costs, pricing, and vendor performance
  • Maintain and update R365 templates, including inventory, waste, and purchase orders
