Responsibilities
- Responsible for typing P.O.’s, letters, memos, etc.
- Responsible for filing and distribution of P.O.’s, requisitions, contracts, CER’s and other correspondence.
- Responsible for dealing with salesman on daily routine matters, initiating purchase orders and coordinating the purchasing function with General Stores and all other departments.
