About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our supply chain operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring product availability, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining smooth inventory flow across production, warehousing, and distribution.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics (consumer goods or apparel preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator who works well cross-functionally
  • Interest in product, manufacturing, and operational strategy

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchase orders and production timelines with domestic and international vendors
  • Track inventory levels and help maintain accurate demand and supply forecasts
  • Monitor inbound shipments, lead times, and delivery schedules
  • Partner with logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to ensure on-time product availability
  • Assist with vendor communication, cost tracking, and documentation
  • Support data accuracy across ERP and inventory management systems
  • Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
