Who You Are You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain, Control Account Manager (CAM), Senior Staff team member What You Will Be Doing The Control Account Manager manages all technical, cost, and schedule aspects of tasks associated with their assigned control accounts, including risk management, capacity management, schedule negotiations, metrics generation, earned value, schedule and status reporting, and provides other related support as requested by program management. You will also aggregate and present key program information & milestones to internal Lockheed Martin leadership and F-16 Program Office leadership. Demonstrated Executive Presence is critical. You will complete all earned value management (EVM) assigned duties to include work authorization requests, estimate at complete review, schedule status, variance reporting, and comprehensive estimates at complete. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with project management and earned value techniques
  • Control Account Manager (CAM) Certification
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Operations and Supply Chain
  • Experience using SAP
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Power Point presentations)
  • This facility requires special access and will require a Secret Security Clearance after hire; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful closure
  • Strong problem solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills.
  • Green Belt or Black Belt desired.
