Reporting to the Director Supply Chain Capabilities, you will provide strategic leadership and functional expertise to internal end users, driving improvements in supply chain planning processes and systems. You will lead system and process transformation initiatives, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and partner closely with information technology teams to deliver measurable improvements in service, inventory, cost, and planning efficiency. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and guidance to internal end users across supply chain planning functions. Lead transformation initiatives for SAP Enterprise Central Component material requirements planning and SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling as the functional subject matter expert. Translate business requirements into scalable functional designs that deliver measurable improvements in service, inventory, cost, and planning efficiency. Identify and lead enhancements to planning processes using SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, SAP Enterprise Central Component material requirements planning, and Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning. Provide system analysis and modeling support for supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Perform root cause analysis of business and system issues and recommend sustainable solutions that prevent recurrence. Lead the design of functional solutions and partner with information technology teams to ensure accurate translation into technical designs. Apply project management disciplines to ensure initiatives and tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with approved scope and quality requirements. Develop and deliver training for internal end users to ensure effective and consistent use of planning systems. Monitor system utilization, identify gaps in adoption or capability, and implement targeted training to address those gaps. Lead and develop a Center of Excellence team of subject matter experts while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of seven years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, demand planning, or other supply chain disciplines. Experience leading process and system changes within supply chain environments. Knowledge of supply chain principles and planning technologies. Experience with enterprise resource planning and advanced planning systems, including SAP Enterprise Central Component, SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization, SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, and Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning, preferred. Up to 25% travel #LI-Hybrid #LI-MSL #LI-PM1 Compensation Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
