Responsibilities

• Reporting Automation: Design, build, and implement reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI. Optimize data visualization and streamline reporting processes to enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Business Process Mapping for RPA Development: Visualize workflows by creating detailed process models, specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective change management plans.
• Automation and Robotics Solutions: Develop and deploy automation and robotics solutions to enhance operational performance. Identify opportunities to apply Robotics Process Automation (RPA) for repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Power Apps Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements. Integrate applications with existing systems and workflows for seamless operations.
• Process Improvement Initiatives: Partner with networked teams to identify and execute process improvement opportunities. Balance end-user needs and operational goals to drive value across the organization.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics, processes, and pain points to identify areas for improvement. Conduct root cause analysis, recommend actionable solutions, and implement mitigation plans to address business challenges.
