About The Position

Bay Converting Inc. in Green Bay is actively looking for a Supply Chain Assistant. The right candidate will be responsible for administrative duties that will support the Supply Chain Analyst I, Supply Chain Manager, and Production Floor Managers. This will include data entry, production analysis, inventory and purchase order requests. A background or interest in the field, strong math skills, and knowledge of Excel are preferred. Any schooling in this field is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Update daily reports to support the scheduling process
  • Communicate production data to Supply Chain Analyst I and Supply Chain Manager
  • Maintain files and records of materials, prices, inventories, and deliveries
  • Ordering and tracking purchase orders with vendors on raw materials as needed
  • Print out production work orders and pallet tags for production lines
  • Cycle counting raw material items after production job completion
  • Other supply chain tasks as assigned
