Role Scope: We are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations within the PACE organization and centers. This role ensures the timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies, equipment, and services while supporting high-quality patient care. The Supply Chain Manager collaborates with clinical, financial, and operational teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of supply chain or materials management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with healthcare purchasing, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain processes and best practices
  • Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Strong financial analysis expertise and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to move throughout healthcare facilities, including supply rooms and warehouses
  • Occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement, inventory control, distribution, and logistics for medical supplies and equipment.
  • Lead, train, and develop supply chain and materials management processes.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), and suppliers.
  • Serve as a key liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and service-level agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization and cost reduction without compromising quality.
  • Analyze spend data, utilization trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Partner with the Finance department to support annual budgeting, value analysis and cost-containment initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, traceability, and recall management processes.
  • Implement contingency plans for shortages, backorders, and emergency preparedness.
  • Implementation and optimization use of ERP, inventory management, and procurement systems.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders, nursing, physicians, and operations to align supply decisions with patient care needs
