Peraton is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics, Sr Associate with supplier performace experience to support supplier oversight, performance analytics, and continuous improvement activities for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In this role, you will monitor supplier delivery, quality, and compliance metrics, ensuring each partner meets FAA standards and contract requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in supplier performance management, supplier quality, and data analytics, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights that drive program success. As a Supplier Performance Specialist, you ensure that suppliers consistently meet expectations for quality, timeliness, and compliance. Your ability to track trends, identify risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams strengthens the FAA’s ability to maintain safe, efficient, and sustainable supply chains—directly supporting the systems that power the National Airspace System (NAS) and the future of U.S. aviation.

  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics including quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
  • Maintain and enhance supplier performance scorecards, ensuring consistent tracking of KPIs.
  • Support root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action (CAPA) processes to address underperforming suppliers.
  • Collaborate with procurement, quality, and program management teams to evaluate supplier performance trends.
  • Analyze on-time delivery (OTD), defect rates, and non-conformance data to improve supply reliability.
  • Generate and present supplier performance dashboards and reports for leadership and FAA review.
  • Assist with supplier risk assessments and mitigation planning for high-impact suppliers.
  • Support performance review meetings, audits, and supplier business reviews.
  • Ensure all performance tracking adheres to FAA AMS, FAR/DFARS, and internal quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including data automation and supplier engagement strategies.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience or Associates Degree and 4 years’ experience or a High School Diploma and 6 years of experience.
  • Understanding of supplier performance, supplier quality, or procurement analytics.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Understanding of supplier performance metrics, scorecards, and KPI tracking.
  • Experience supporting root cause and corrective action processes with suppliers.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and FAA AMS compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of supplier audits, quality standards, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Experience preparing audit-ready documentation and performance records.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with procurement, logistics, and quality engineering teams.
  • Exposure to FAA programs or NAS systems.
  • Experience supporting FAA or federal government supply chain operations.
  • Degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or Quality Engineering.
  • Professional certifications such as ASQ CQIA (Certified Quality Improvement Associate), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Experience supporting FAA or other federal aviation or defense supply chains.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Background in predictive analytics, supplier risk modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Experience developing automated supplier dashboards or digital performance reporting tools.
