About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain 3PL will lead day-to-day activities and work on high-priority strategic initiatives in alignment with the business strategy and long-term goals. The role involves analyzing production, inventory control, distribution, cost analysis, finances, and various business and technical challenges to develop new or modified solutions impacting the 3PL operations.

Requirements

Comprehensive understanding of the supply chain process and the ability to analyze and optimize it.
2+ years of experience working on large-scale or multi-faceted projects.
Expertise in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and can work with an appreciable amount of latitude.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of JD Edwards and WMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with third-party (3PL) suppliers to optimize performance, resolve issues, and develop improvement strategies to sustain Best in Class performance.
Develop and maintain supply chain metrics and dashboards to track performance.
Analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can help improve supply chain operations.
Identify and implement process improvements, regularly reviewing supply chain processes, and suggesting ways to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Assist core teams in the management of program/project requirements, scope, activities, and milestones related to supply chain.
Lead standard program/project management items, priorities, and capacity needs related to supply chain.
Provide recommendations for the build-out of internal processes and procedures to support supply chain strategy.
Update and maintain models in Microsoft Office Products, and scenario-based planning models & systems integration.
Perform other duties as assigned.
