Supply Chain Analyst, Integrated Planning and Analysis (Contract)

The Novelis North America Supply Chain team is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team! This is a contract position with an expected end date of June 30th, 2026. The work hours for this position are M-F 8am-5pm with occasional overtime.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to learn complex production processes quickly.
- Hands-on experience with SAP for data extraction, reporting, and interpretation.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to senior leadership and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production analytics.
- Knowledge of KPIs related to production efficiency and loss reduction.
Responsibilities
- Report daily actuals vs. plan with detailed loss intelligence to Novelis senior management and Ford.
- Collect, analyze, and share loss intelligence to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) and Operations Technology (OT) teams to automate and interpret metal flow on a coil basis—by supplier, customer, and customer grade.
- Develop projections for near-term performance based on production and supply data.
- Scope and analyze the entire process from HB supply to FG posting, identifying opportunities for efficiency and accuracy.
