About The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst role helps manage critical supply chain activities including inventory control, batch order processing, production support, and purchasing coordination. This position will assist in the build out of the ERP system.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in inventory control, receiving, production support, or purchasing & knowledge of purchasing concepts.
5+ years of related experience
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (D365, AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or food production environment experience
Experience with audits, cycle counts, or physical inventories
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)

Responsibilities

Inventory & Materials Management - Maintain accurate inventory records including item, lot, batch, and location data
Coordinate inventory movements, adjustments, and reconciliations within the ERP system
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
Production & Batch Order Support - Create, review, and process batch orders in alignment with production schedules
Support production reporting and issue resolution related to materials
Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams
Purchasing & Vendor Coordination - Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up
Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and shortages
