As a Supply Chain Analyst Role, you will be a part of an exciting and fast paced team planning and procuring service parts for dealers around the globe. We need problem solvers, who can not only pull data, but use their curiosity to identify the gaps, recommend solutions and help execute the proposals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of experience general supply chain knowledge
  • Data mining skills
  • Strong analytical background
  • Excellent interpersonal (written & verbal) skills required
  • Ability to interpret data, evaluate actions and reach logical conclusions
  • Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems which may impact the entire FCSD organization
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel, Access and Alteryx is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP-SPP and EWM application Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Planning – Determine processes and planning numbers for inventory planning
  • Inventory Control – Process mapping for SAP movements and ASN’s
  • Inventory Optimization – Update Bill of Distribution and Replenishment Indicators on a monthly basis. Review maldistribution TrackLites and inquires.
  • Supplier Releasing – Process control for supplier shipments, ASN creation, SNC process improvements, supplier contact
  • Product Driven Organization – Work directly with IT counterparts to determine technical solutions for issues within SAP
  • Obsolescence – Review parts at the end of its life. Monitor weekly and monthly jobs in SAP. Work cross-functionally with depot/operations/PCM to align and execute the strategy.
  • IT Demand Management – Support projects and processes which directly and indirectly impact Supply Chain IT solutions
  • SAP – Participate in cross-company learning about the SAP-SPP program and the new S4 HANA programs
