The Supply Chain Analyst will assess the efficiency of our supply chain operations by collecting and analyzing data to support strategic goals. As part of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team, this position plays a key role in managing procurement requirements, developing robust reporting systems, participating in key sourcing events, and collaborating across facilities to drive continuous improvement initiatives). Location: Hybrid, Plymouth, MN What you will do: Participate in the development and maintenance of a supplier performance management system that establishes and tracks standards of performance for production suppliers, including deliveries, lead times, inventory management programs, and quality of components provided Establish and maintain collaborative and constructive relationships with functional managers and supply chain management to understand current and future business needs and continuous improvement opportunities. Pre-qualify potential suppliers to mitigate future supply disruptions Review supply chain and logistics analytical processes and procedures; identify, recommend, and implement improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs Evaluate proposals/quotes to recommend suppliers that are best suited to meet the organization's requirements Develop relationships with external partners to develop supplier contracts that meet the strategic vision of the company Ensure that all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations Generate supplier ratings and monitor performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required (Business, Economics, Engineering, or Finance)
  • 1+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related fields

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated advanced analytical abilities such as parsing complex data sets and information to problem-solve developing creative solutions to complex problem

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of a supplier performance management system that establishes and tracks standards of performance for production suppliers, including deliveries, lead times, inventory management programs, and quality of components provided
  • Establish and maintain collaborative and constructive relationships with functional managers and supply chain management to understand current and future business needs and continuous improvement opportunities.
