About The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst is an entry-level role supporting supply chain planning, execution, and analysis, while owning Esperion’s inventory reconciliation process. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliable and compliant flow of materials and products while upholding the highest standards of quality and patient safety. The incumbent will use data from various sources (including the ERP system) to enable supply chain process improvement and visualization of data via KPI reporting. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who demonstrates strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements

• B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics or related field from accredited college or university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
• Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated strong working knowledge of planning. Competence in material management and forecast planning is required.
• Domestic & International travel may be required (10%)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data within the ERP (SAP) system and ensure timely updates as needed.
• Ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reconciliation processes, including collaboration CMOs and internal stakeholders.
• Support inventory planning activities to maintain appropriate stock levels while meeting quality and regulatory requirements.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service levels, inventory turns, and supplier on-time delivery using ERP system (SAP) as a key source
• Support Supply Ops planners and Global Logistics as needed with daily planning related activities
• Support Finished Goods artwork and packaging processes including, but not limited to, proofreading, lead time adherence, and change control management.
• Support Esperion’s compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act through use of TraceLink and supporting product verification needs
• Supply Ops ownership of relationships with domestic third-party distribution partners.
• Initiate timely purchasing requests for services (non-product) to support various Supply Ops initiatives aligning with external contracts
• Assist in deviation tracking, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions as applicable within the quality system
• Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining adherence to GMP and internal procedures
