About The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst (ETF Material Operations) position is responsible for the coordination and communication of all information as it pertains to transmission stock material and equipment stored in the warehouses and supporting the ETF Material Operations Team with jobsite projects. The Analyst is with FirstEnergy Supply Chain ETF Material Operations and will be an onsite position. It can be sited in Bethel, PA; Connellsville, PA or Cleveland, OH. This is an open position with the FirstEnergy Service Company, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp.

Requirements

• Two to Four-year degree with a concentration in Purchasing, Materials Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 2 years related work experience is required.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years related work experience is required. Related work experience includes material management, warehouse, and inventory support. Experience in Energy Delivery, Nuclear or Fossil preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the company's safety policies.
• Able to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Communicates effectively across functional and operational boundaries.
• Able to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
• Able to make timely decisions that use available material and resources in a cost-effective manner.
• Provide administrative/ clerical support as needed.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Products.
• Knowledge of the company's labor agreements.
• Knowledge of material control processes and requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of the warehouse management and inventory control systems is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the warehouse management and inventory control systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating and directing a solid commitment to all aspects of safety.
• Replenishing materials using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications such as SAP to establish appropriate stock levels of inventory in several warehouses.
• Providing support for other Supply Chain Analysts.
• Evaluating inventory and excess inventory.
• Producing reports and summaries regarding inventory/stock levels.
• Interacting with all levels of Management (internal/external).
• Willingness to work in a higher classification.
• Support storm restoration processes.
• A Level Ill Analyst has applied experience to generalize conceptual knowledge to solve routine problems.
• Manage jobsite projects working with the entire construction team.
