Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions
• Experience in supply chain, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics workflows
• Experience working with messy and real-world data, such as cleaning, transforming, or joining datasets, to support application or model development
• Experience using AI and GenAI tools to build or enhance applications, such as LLM engineering
• Ability to independently build and ship working prototypes using programming languages, such as Python
• Bachelor's degree
• U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications, such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines, to leverage platforms like Databricks
• Experience identifying and mitigating AI risks, such as hallucination, security, and bias, in real implementations
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern AI tooling, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, LangChain, and vector databases
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and rapidly turn loosely defined problems into working solutions
• Ability to assess feasibility and value, including build versus buy decisions and business impact, such as ROI and efficiency
