Supply Chain Administrator The Opportunity: As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will assist a team of procurement professionals by managing a portfolio of subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements. You will balance multiple priorities to help our clients address both their current and emerging needs effectively. These objectives will be accomplished through close collaboration with internal teams, efficient facilitation of information flow across the supply chain, and the development of strong relationships with suppliers. You will ensure that sourcing requirements are met promptly and to the highest standards while negotiating favorable terms to guarantee the timely delivery of quality materials and services. Additionally, you will work directly with leaders throughout the organization to address any issues that may arise during the contracting lifecycle, ensuring that procurement activities remain cost-effective and fully compliant with our approved business systems. What You'll Work On: Collaborate with program managers, capture teams, and senior leaders to develop accurate demand forecasts. Provide expert advice and counsel to program leadership on subcontract or direct procurement matters, including assisting with advising on contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflicts of interest, and risk management and mitigation. Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Work with the Supply Chain Managers to help identify and support opportunities to provide guidance, advice, support, and knowledge to less experienced administrators and technical staff. Analyze your portfolio to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. Work with market and supply chain leadership to incorporate data analytics and forecasting tools and techniques to anticipate customer demands, navigate through industry disruptors, and increase operational efficiency. Manage a portfolio of procurement requirements and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns proactively to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Prepare and present regular reports to market account managers on procurement performance, including spend analysis, supplier performance metrics, and market trends.
