About The Position

As a Supplier Retention Representative , you will support suppliers by resolving inquiries, providing product education, and helping them optimize their E-payment solutions. You will assist low-dollar spend accounts, build strong relationships, and contribute to retention and revenue goals through consultative guidance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset while partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless supplier experiences. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role (supplier relations is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, able to manage tasks independently
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking when resolving supplier issues
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Adaptability to evolving processes and tools
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and ideas to suppliers or internal teams

Responsibilities

  • Respond to supplier inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide consultation to help suppliers understand and optimize E-payment solutions, processes, and timelines
  • Engage in consultative sales practices to enhance retention and identify revenue opportunities
  • Identify emerging trends and insights based on supplier interactions and communicate them to the business
  • Handle escalated supplier issues and collaborate cross-functionally to drive resolution and preventative actions
  • Partner with internal teams to support supplier-facing initiatives and identify process improvements
  • Manage low-dollar spend accounts ranging from $0 to $500,000
