About The Position

Supplier Quality Manager ensures suppliers consistently provide high-quality products and services by conducting audits, implementing quality control plans, analyzing defect trends, and collaborating with both suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. The role involves managing supplier relationships, maintaining supplier performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and supporting new product development to maintain supply chain integrity.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, with a strong preference for Chemical Engineering; degrees in Mechanical or Materials Engineering are also considered.
Proven professional Quality experience (8+ year) including 5+ years in SQ role with expertise on set of manufacturing technologies.
Excellent technical and quality management skills with adequate experience in Supplier audit, APQP, Lean, 6Sigma, FMEA, 8D, 5Why, DFM, MSA etc.
Excellent fluency in moderation and communication skills in oral and written English.
Proven experience in Supplier management, supplier development and improvement initiatives.
Highly skilled in stakeholder management including top management and influencing without leading.
Good economic knowledge and understanding of business correlations of costs, risks and impact.
Basic knowledge of legal and contract aspects of quality, warranty and liability.
Self-sufficient in problem analysis and drive for results.
Ability to develop concepts for prevention, improvements on the product, system, process or organization level.
Good understanding of manufacturing technologies.
