Supplier Quality Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a First-Line Quality Manager (Level K) to support the Supplier Quality Prevention and Work Movement team in Everett, Washington The Supplier Quality Manager (Prevention and Work Movement) will own supplier quality activities related to Work Movement and early engagement in sourcing activities. This position will lead a team that defines, executes and continuously improves SQ processes to assess risk in Statements of Work (SOW) considered for Work Movement and other sourcing activities. Work Movement and Sourcing risk mitigation activities include but are not limited to: IPT, Supplier Evaluation, Requirements Consumption Reviews, Quality Process Assessments for suppliers' work transfer processes, First Article Inspection Report (FAI) reviews. The role requires strong knowledge of Quality Requirements, Work Movement and Sourcing processes, Boeing command media/systems, supplier quality tools and methods, and demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
