Requirements

Quality Management: Proficient in implementing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure supplier compliance and product standards.
Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in identifying and analyzing root causes of quality issues to develop effective corrective actions.
Statistical Analysis: Expertise in utilizing statistical tools and methodologies for quality data analysis and process optimization.
Supplier Assessment: Experienced in evaluating and auditing suppliers to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.
Project Management: Capable of managing quality improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Process Improvement: Adept at identifying and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and product quality.
Effective Communication: Excellent in conveying complex quality information clearly and building consensus among cross functional teams.
Problem Solving: Strong ability to develop innovative solutions to complex quality challenges based on comprehensive data analysis.
Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable in industry regulations and standards to ensure supplier and product compliance.
Leadership: Able to guide and mentor less experienced colleagues and lead smalls cale projects with minimal oversight.
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Responsibilities

Supplier Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments of supplier quality metrics to ensure adherence to established standards and contractual requirements.
Root Cause Analysis: Identify and analyze complex quality issues, determining root causes and developing effective corrective and preventive actions.
Continuous Improvement Leadership: Lead small scale improvement projects focused on enhancing supplier processes and product quality through the implementation of best practices.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, engineering, and production teams to align supplier quality objectives with overall business goals.
Quality Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive quality reports and documentation to track supplier performance and support informed decision making.
