Requirements

Completed technical training as factory foreman, commercial master, HTL, FH, TU (vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering)
Several years of professional experience in the automotive or metal processing production environment
Assertiveness, ability to resolve conflicts, ability to work in a team, overview in critical situations, problem-solving skills
