Objective of Job Assure purchased parts in the plant as well as the complaint management in case of deviations from specifications. Principal Activities Manage complaints (e.g. to suppliers, etc.) and coordinate relevant activities (e.g. supplier activities, etc.) including problem analysis, blocking procedures and defect correction processes. Analyze supplier-related quality data including reporting and documentation. Initiate and comply with the necessary escalations. (e.g. for supplier development, etc.) Support and advise external sorting and rework companies. Develop and improve activities (e.g. supplier activities, etc.), based on guidelines, specific standards and requirements.
